It's Simple. Love God & Love Others

In June of 2006, two families met in the home of Darren and Susan Hales with a desire to create a spiritual community of Christ followers devoted to the relationships we see in Scripture. We believe life is all about relationships, so we began to live by this simple philosophy... Love God & Love Others. As we grew, we formed new small groups while  gathering everyone together on Sundays.

In May of 2007, our home was no longer big enough to hold those gatherings, so we began meeting at our current location on Sunday.  Find Us.  Now we have all types of small groups and Bible Studies for men, women, families, and Youth. We have even added a Celebrate Recovery ministry.

We also want to invest in the community by serving and loving people in practical ways.  Besides meeting the needs of those in our church, here are a few simple ways we are trying to make a difference in the North Valley.

  • We provide groceries for members of the community in need.
  • We have participated in community service projects at Farmer in the Dell, MT Youth Homes, Pregnancy Resource Center, Florence Crittendom Home, & more!
  • We provide Summer Camps.
  • We honor our local Firefighters.
  • We host an Easter Egg Hunt.

We certainly do not focus on denomination,  because labels create baggage and misperceptions. Our spirtual family believes the Bible is our foundation for belief and practice. We do fellowship and network with other churches and identify ourselves as Baptist if you force us to label ourselves.  These connections with the Treasure State Baptist Association, the Montana Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention, allow us to work with others to accomplish more, but they do not govern us or define us.  We are an autonomous body.
